To Our Existing Loyalty Members

Yes, that’s you. As an existing loyalty member, we want to thank you. Thank you for your continued loyalty to Sandman Hotel Group.

If you’re a member of Lucky13, regardless of whether you have a fully stamped card or partially stamped card, we can convert your current points to our new rewards programme, RSVP Rewards. If you could please either drop-off or post your Lucky13 cards to your nearest Sandman Signature Hotel, we will transfer your points manually for you.

The transition is seamless. If you are a member of any of our legacy loyalty or rewards programmes, simply log in with the email address you use for your account and then create a new password when prompted. That’s it.
