Celebrate the magic of the season at Sandman Signature Sheffield Quays Hotel, the perfect setting to share festive cheer with friends, family, or colleagues. Our ‘bring a party to a party’ events, held in the Toronto Ballroom are ideal for lively, sociable celebrations.

Your evening begins with a warm welcome and a seasonal drink on arrival, followed by a delicious three-course Christmas meal. As the night unfolds, our resident DJ will keep the party atmosphere going, with music to dance the night away.

Festive party nights run every Friday and Saturday from 21st November to 19th December, priced at £49.95 per person. Guests are welcomed from 7.00pm, dinner is served at 7.45pm, the bar closes at midnight, and festivities wrap up by 12.30am.

Host an unforgettable festive celebration in our impressive Toronto Ballroom, available for private hire and ideal for larger gatherings of 80–160 guests. From the moment your guests arrive, they’ll be welcomed into a beautifully dressed space with festive décor, atmospheric lighting, and everything set for a truly memorable night.

Enjoy a delicious three-course festive feast, followed by tea, coffee, and traditional mince pies, while our DJ and disco keep the energy high and the dance floor full. With a digital table plan, full PA system and microphone for speeches or entertainment, and plenty of space to celebrate, every detail is taken care of—so you can relax and enjoy a seamless, lively Christmas party from start to finish.

Celebrate the festive season with a private dining experience in our elegant Victoria, Stratford, or Kingston suites. Overlooking the canal basin, each space offers a stylish and intimate setting for up to 32 guests—perfect for festive gatherings with friends, family, or colleagues.

Available Sunday to Thursday from 12pm until late, it’s the ideal way to enjoy a relaxed and memorable celebration.

Festive Lunch

A Relaxed Festive Lunch for Easy Daytime Celebrations

Looking for the perfect spot to enjoy a Christmas celebration with colleagues, entertain clients or catch up with friends? Join us in Tavern on The Quays to enjoy a delicious festive lunch. Available 1st - 23rd December, 12pm - 4pm.

Private space is also available for groups of 20 or more guests, making it ideal for larger gatherings and more intimate celebrations alike.

Enjoy for £19.95 per person for 2 courses, or £24.95 per person for three courses.

New Year's Eve Family Party

A Fun, Family-friendly Way to Welcome the New Year.

Ring in 2027 with family and friends at our New Year’s Eve celebration in the Toronto Ballroom. Enjoy a delicious buffet before dancing your way into the new year with our resident DJ and a fun, family-friendly disco atmosphere.

Arrive from 6:30pm, with food served at 7:30pm, then celebrate right through to midnight and beyond as the bar closes at 12:30am and festivities finish at 1am.

Tickets are priced at £60 per adult and £30 per child (ages 3–12).
