The free prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland & Wales only and you must be aged 16 years or above to enter. You cannot enter the prize draw either if you are an employee of Northland Real Estate Properties, Sandman Signature Hotels & Resorts, Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links, CHOP Grill & Bar and Shark Club (the Group) or a family member of an employee of the Group or otherwise connected with the Group or judging of the free prize draw.
You need a valid e-mail address to enter the free prize draw and the award of the prizes under the prize draw is subject to you having a valid e-mail.
This is a free prize draw and there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
By entering this free prize draw, you are indicating your intention to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry per person will be accepted for this prize draw. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified and duplicates suppressed. The closing date for entering the prize draw is 30.06.26. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted as the winner.
We accept no responsibility for any entries that are not received by us on time before the closing date set out in these terms and conditions.
The prize draw operates as follows: a) You need to have access to a smartphone or other device with internet access to enter the prize draw. On scanning a QR code in-venue you will be re-directed to a web page and asked to complete an entry form that can be found here. b) On completing the entry form, and provided you are eligible to enter the prize draw, you will be entered into the prize draw, and invited to subscribe to our mailing list. Please note that your consent to subscribe to our mailing list is not a condition of entry to the prize draw and you are free to refuse to subscribe to it at any time. For more information on how we use your personal data please visit our privacy policy here. c) A winner will be picked using a randomising software from the list of entries for the prize draw. The winner will be notified they have won by no later than 30 days after the draw and will have 14 days to claim their prize from date they are notified. If the winner does not claim their prize during this time, we will select another winner at random. The winner will be contacted via e-mail. To make a claim the winner will need to respond via e-mail to claim their prize. The winner will not encore any costs to claim their prize.

The prizes is as stated above. You cannot transfer a prize to anyone else and it is only redeemable as set out above. All prizes are subject to availability and demand and we reserve the right to offer you a substitute product of equivalent or greater value if we are unable to award a prize to you because the prize is unavailable due to reasons outside of our control. No cash alternatives will be offered. You are responsible for all your own travel expenses, insurance and other costs not otherwise covered by the prizes
The winner will be notified by e-mail within 30 days of the ‘awarded’ date specified in for the relevant prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of the date on which we notified them of their win, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner using the same award method set out above.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Northland Real Estate Properties (UK) Limited’s decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.
We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions where we are required to do so as a matter of law. All entrants to the prize draw will be contacted via e-mail of any changes that are required.
