1. The promoter of this free prize draw is: Northland Real Estate Properties (UK) Limited (company no 06815572) whose registered office is at Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4SD (referred to in these terms and condition as “we” or “us”).

2. The free prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland & Wales only and you must be aged 16 years or above to enter.  You cannot enter the prize draw either if you are an employee of Northland Real Estate Properties, Sandman Signature Hotels & Resorts, Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links, CHOP Grill & Bar and Shark Club (the Group) or a family member of an employee of the Group or otherwise connected with the Group or judging of the free prize draw.

3. You need a valid e-mail address to enter the free prize draw and the award of the prizes under the prize draw is subject to you having a valid e-mail.

4. This is a free prize draw and there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

5. By entering this free prize draw, you are indicating your intention to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. Only one entry per person will be accepted for this prize draw.  Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified and duplicates suppressed. The closing date for entering the prize draw is 31.12.25. 

8. We accept no responsibility for any entries that are not received by us on time before the closing date set out in these terms and conditions.

9. The prize draw operates as follows:
a) You need to have access to a smartphone or other device with internet access to enter the prize draw.  On scanning a QR code in-venue you will be re-directed to a web page and asked to complete an entry form that can be found here.
b) On completing the entry form, and provided you are eligible to enter the prize draw, you will be entered into the prize draw, and invited to subscribe to our mailing list. Please note that your consent to subscribe to our mailing list is not a condition of entry to the prize draw and you are free to refuse to subscribe to it at any time.  For more information on how we use your personal data please visit our privacy policy here.
c) When we receive your entry form we will send you a confirmation or ‘Thank you’ e-mail confirming that you have been entered into the prize draw – please check your junk folder and allow 48 hours to receive your confirmation e-mail.
d) The prize is a £1,000 gift voucher for TUI, or an equivalent if at the time of the prize draw this prize is no longer available.

10. Winners will be chosen at random, using a third-party randomising software, from all of the entries received and verified by us before the prize draw closes on 31.12.25.  

11. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 30 days of the prize draw closing.

12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of the date on which we notified them of their win, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner using the same award method set out above.

13. We will use the name and county of prize winners in our post-event publicity.  All winners will be allowed to object to their personal information being published in this way.  Please inform us here [marketinguk@sandmanhotels.co.uk] if you do not wish for your personal details to be used in this way.

14. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

15. Northland Real Estate Properties (UK) Limited’s decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.

16. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions where we are required to do so as a matter of law. All entrants to the prize draw will be contacted via e-mail of any changes that are required.
