Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Northland Properties, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
This is a free prize draw and there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
To enter the prize draw, participants must:

  • Provide a valid email address and mobile number.
  • Opt in to receive email and SMS marketing from at least one brand under Northland Properties umbrella; Chop Grill & Bar, Shark Club, Tavern Collective and Sandman Signature UK.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. Marketing Consent
By entering this giveaway, you agree to subscribe to promotional communications from the associated brand within Northland Properties UK via email and SMS. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the messages. However, unsubscribing before the prize draw ends may disqualify your entry.

4. Prize Draw Period
The prize draw opens on 1st July 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 1st January 2026 . Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a £1,000 holiday voucher from TUI.

  • The voucher is subject to TUI’s own terms and conditions, which the winner must agree to upon redemption.
     
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
     
  • Northland Properties is not responsible for any travel arrangements, changes, or additional costs beyond the value of the voucher.
     
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TUI. The voucher is purchased independently by Northland Properties as a prize.
     

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 30 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified via email or SMS. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Privacy
Any personal data collected in connection with this giveaway will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and only for purposes related to this promotion and future marketing communications (if opted-in).

8. General
Northland Properties reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
