To amend bookings made through an Online Travel Agency, please contact them directly for assistance, we cannot make amendments to these bookings.
To adjust reservations made through us via the Sandman Signature website or by telephone, please contact the hotel your booking is with directly. Please note, our mailboxes are being manned sporadically due to staffing levels but all emails will be responded to. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
